Terms of Use

Clear terms for using your Rellay account and workspace.

Last updated 8 November 2026

About these terms

These Terms of Use describe access to Rellay’s website, account, onboarding and workspace features at rellay.africa, app.rellay.africa and admin.rellay.africa. Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to hello@rellay.africa.

A business project, professional engagement, paid assessment or investment transaction requires a separate agreement that identifies the parties, scope, responsibilities and any charges. These terms do not authorize a payment, create an investment commitment or appoint Rellay to act on your behalf.

Your account

Use an account that you are authorized to control and provide accurate information. You must have the legal capacity required to use the service in your circumstances. If you act for an organization, describe your role and authority accurately; creating a profile does not prove that authority.

Keep your credentials secure and do not share them with another person. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Email accounts require confirmation; Google sign-in is an alternative. Staff access is separately granted and subject to additional authentication.

What the workspace provides

The current workspace lets you create an account, select interests and record onboarding information. Features may be introduced progressively and may depend on your role, location, verification status or a separate agreement.

Sample businesses, figures, progress indicators and reports in demo areas are fictional examples. Do not rely on them to make financial or business decisions. Account registration, a selected interest or a completed profile does not constitute identity verification, business approval, investment eligibility or staff authorization.

Business and investment decisions

General website information and onboarding questions are not personalized investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Seek advice appropriate to your circumstances before making a commitment. Business outcomes and investment returns are uncertain; projections and illustrations are not guarantees.

Do not transfer money or treat a business as approved solely because it appears in a profile or demo. Any actual transaction must follow its applicable eligibility, verification, documentation and approval process. These account terms do not create a brokerage, custody, lending or investment-management mandate.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority, submit information you have no right to share or use Rellay for unlawful activity. Do not introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, evade access controls, access another person’s information without permission or misuse accounts and authentication flows.

You may report suspected security issues privately to hello@rellay.africa. Reporting an issue does not authorize access to other users’ data or disruption of the service.

Information and content you submit

You retain the rights you hold in material you submit. You must have permission to provide that material. You authorize Rellay and the service providers acting for it to process, store and display it to the extent needed to operate the features or respond to the request you use.

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. Do not include passwords or financial account credentials in enquiries. Additional collection, verification or sharing of sensitive documents must follow the applicable feature and its notice.

Rellay’s branding, interface and other original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of those materials or permission to imply an affiliation with Rellay.

Fees and separate agreements

Signing up or expressing an interest does not itself authorize a charge or commit you to an investment. Before a paid service or transaction proceeds, its price, payment terms, cancellation or refund conditions and responsible contracting parties must be set out in the applicable agreement.

If a separate signed agreement governs a specific service, it governs that service where it differs from these general account terms, subject to applicable law.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, provider outages and other interruptions can occur. Information may require correction and developing features may change. Contact us if a problem prevents you from accessing your account.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or applicable requirements. The date on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be brought to users’ attention with notice and, where required, acceptance before they apply. Changes do not retrospectively alter a separate agreement or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account restrictions and closure

We may proportionately restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect users or comply with applicable obligations. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the restriction and how to contact us to request a review. Immediate action may be necessary for security or legal reasons.

You can request account closure by emailing hello@rellay.africa. Closure does not automatically cancel a separate contract or erase information that must be retained for a lawful purpose. Our Privacy Policy explains deletion requests and retention criteria.

Your rights and resolving concerns

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory consumer protections or access to a court or regulator available under applicable law.

If you have a concern, email hello@rellay.africa with enough information for us to identify the issue. Do not send your password. We will review the concern and respond, and you remain free to use any legal rights or complaint process available to you.
